Job Title: Pathologists’ Assistant 

Job Location: Las Vegas, NV 

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12pm-8:30pm

Dates Needed:  4/27/26 through 7/24/26, 13 weeks

Pay Range: $3200 to $3700 per week (Includes hourly rate, meals & incidentals, rental car, lodging, round trip flight – taxed and tax-free income)  

About the location: Las Vegas, Nevada is a world-renowned entertainment and tourism hub, famous for its vibrant nightlife, casinos, and live shows along the iconic Las Vegas Strip. Beyond the glitz, it’s also a growing city with diverse neighborhoods and access to natural attractions like Red Rock Canyon. The city blends excitement, hospitality, and a booming economy. 

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor of Science or Masters Degree from Pathologist Assistant program from a NAACLS accredited institution 

• Minimum 1 year experience grossing all tissue types from simple to complex 

• ASCP Certification

• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills 

Key Responsibilities 

• Perform a vital part of the patient care process through preparation, gross description, and dissection of tissue surgical specimens 

• Recognize when corrective action is needed and implement effective solutions 

• Work in a fast-paced laboratory environment with biological and chemical hazards 

• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control 

• Solve any discrepancies or other issues that may arise
