Job Description
Job Title: Clinical Lab Scientist
Job Location: Winter Park, FL
Start Date: ASAP
Summary of position: We are supporting a client on a search for a permanent, full-time Clinical Laboratory Scientist position in Winter Park, Florida!
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Medical Technology and Laboratory Medicine practices
- Chemistry, Immunoassay, and Hematology experience preferred
- Strong Laboratory Skills and experience in Pathology
- Knowledge and application of Quality Control processes specific to laboratory operations
- Ability to operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot advanced laboratory instrumentation
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain compliance with CLIA and COLA standards
- Bachelor's degree in medical technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (e.g., ASCP or equivalent) is required
- FL state license required
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
