Job Description
Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician/Technologist
Job Location: Tuba City, Arizona
Weekly Estimated Pay or Pay Range: $2250 to $2450 per week DOE, Blended
Schedule: Night shift, 6pm to 6am.
Start Date: 1/12/2026

Key Responsibilities:

Perform laboratory tests on blood, body fluids, and tissue samples.

Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.

Record, analyze, and report test results accurately.

Follow established quality control procedures and safety protocols.

Correlates laboratory results with clinical findings through chart review and consultation with nursing and medical staff.
- Stay up to date with advancements in laboratory science and best practices.
- Performs receptionist/phlebotomist tasks.
Qualifications:

Associates’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.

Current certification/licensure as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (ASCP or equivalent preferred).

Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
